Come Explore & Taste with Us
When: 7:15 PM – 8:45 PM Tuesday, July 14th at Arrowine
“Wine Camp Session 1": If you enjoy wine and want to know more in a fun, informative way, let your friends at Arrowine be your guides. Let’s have a good time doing just that: wine + friends = fun!
Together, let’s take the next step toward appreciating and getting more out of wine - without any pretense or snobbery.
Join Arrowine's Jim Cutts, a trusted voice in wine for over 25 years, for a seated Wine Camp focused on how to taste and talk about wine with confidence. You’ll be more at ease when shopping, selecting a wine at a restaurant, or commenting on something you’ve just tasted.
Wine Camp is more fun and delicious than a formal class, yet more purposeful and educational than a typical walk-around tasting. "Leave the textbook, grab the corkscrew!"
Our first Wine Camp will be a guided, interactive tasting event. We have selected wines to highlight key sensory wine concepts: such as Aroma, Color, Body, Acidity, Tannin, and Oak. Through a guided tasting and interactive experience, you'll gain an understanding of how these concepts are discerned and evaluated, how they impact the tasting experience, and the terms experienced tasters use to discuss them.
Details: Limited to 20 campers, Wine Camp is a guided tasting with friends. You'll taste and learn in a seated, relaxed, fun, interactive environment.
Cost: $74.99 per Camper for tuition.
Included with your Wine Camp tuition:
1. We will sample and discuss eight specially selected wines.
2. Cheese, charcuterie and accompaniments.
3. You'll receive notes with an outline of key concepts discussed.
