It combines the mild flavour, creamy texture and freshness of buffalo-milk cheese with succulent pieces of premium Italian summer truffles from Acqualagna, a city located in the Marche region, in the heart of the Furlo Pass nature preserve, known for its delectable treasure: truffles. The Comtesse di Bufala de la Madeleine has a square shape, a handsome white bloomy rind, a dense and creamy paste, fresh aromas and distinctive flavours. A tasty cheese that everyone will enjoy.
