Winery Story: Acentor is a Rioja project focused on varietal expression of Garnacha from selected parcels across Rioja subzones. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented parcel-by-parcel using indigenous yeasts, and aged carefully in a mix of neutral oak and alternative vessels to retain freshness while adding structure.
