Alcohol: 12.5%

Grape(s): 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Location: Marlborough (Wairau Valley), New Zealand

Tasting Notes: Pale straw with glints of green. The bouquet bursts with grapefruit, lime, and passion-fruit layered over fresh-cut grass, elderflower, and crushed thyme. Lively and zingy on the palate, showcasing juicy citrus and tropical flavors wrapped in crisp acidity and a refreshing, mineral-tinged finish.

Notes: Sugar Loaf Wines “Orchard Lane” Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from alluvial gravel soils around the winery’s home block on Orchard Lane. Fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve aromatics, then rested briefly on fine lees for added texture—no oak, vegan-friendly, and sustainably farmed.

Food Pairing: Perfect with shellfish, sushi, goat-cheese salads, asparagus, green curries, and as a vibrant aperitif.
