Using notes from recipe author Paul Kaiser’s 1933
brewing notebook and Christian Heurich’s books,
Right Proper recreated the Maerzen that “had a very splendid
vogue in the capital.” Developed with the Heurich
House Museum and Lost Lagers, we’ve crafted a
medium-bodied, malty amber lager with toasted bread
notes and balanced “Bavarian and Bohemian” hops.
