Winery Story: Bodegas Mauro is a Spanish winery based in Castilla y León and associated with the García family’s winemaking legacy. Mauro Godello represents a white-wine expression from the estate, focused on Godello’s freshness, texture, minerality, and capacity for lees aging. The wine reflects a more refined and expressive side of Castilla y León white wine, combining fruit, floral character, smoke, spice, and a dry, long finish.
