Notes: Fratelli Alessandria Barolo Gramolere is sourced from the Gramolere cru, known for its exceptional exposure and well-drained soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a traditional fermentation process in stainless steel, with maceration lasting 15–20 days. The wine is aged for 24 months in large oak botti to develop complexity while maintaining the purity of Nebbiolo’s character.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with hearty dishes such as braised beef, wild game, and mushroom risotto, as well as aged cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano and Castelmagno. Its depth and structure also complement rich tomato sauces and truffle-infused dishes.
