Tasting Notes: Pale yellow-green. Fine white tropical fruit and vineyard peach on the nose, with lime zest and a touch of white herb. Juicy and elegant on the palate, white apple and stone fruit carried by bright Riesling acidity, finishing clean and mineral with the Feuersbrunn loess showing through.

Notes: Certified organic and sustainable farming; the village wine (Ortswein) is sourced from older Riesling parcels on Feuersbrunn's loess and primary-rock soils, fermented with native yeasts and raised in stainless steel.

Food Pairing: Wiener schnitzel, roast pork, spicy Asian dishes, and anything with fresh herbs.
