The Domain: Situated in the hamlet of Jongieux le Haut, is the family-run vineyard of Domaine Carrel & Fils. Today, the vineyard includes 59 acres of vines and is planted on the steep slopes of Chavaz Mountain, also known as the Hot Mountain.
