Winery Story: Domaine de l'Octavin is the project of Alice Bouvot, a former opera singer turned winemaker, in Arbois, Jura. Known for playful, low-intervention cuvées made from both her own vines and purchased fruit (négoce), her wines carry hand-drawn garden-gnome labels and a philosophy of minimal handling: native yeasts, little to no added sulfur, and unfined, unfiltered bottling.
