Alcohol: 14.0 %

Grape(s): Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Grenache (the estate's classic Bandol blend)

Location: Bandol, Provence, France

Tasting Notes: The estate's flagship red — densely textured, with weighty black fruit, leather, garrigue and a peppery verve. Firm, dark tannins and intense, mouthwatering acidity keep it lively through a long, sun-soaked finish. Built to age, but charming already in the 2022.

Notes: Old vines on the estate's high limestone plateau above La Cadière-d'Azur; low yields, hand harvesting, traditional vinification and long élevage in large old foudres.

Food Pairing: Côte de boeuf, lamb, game, beef daube and aged cheeses.

Winery Story: Domaine de la Tour du Bon is run by the Henry family on a hot, sun-drenched limestone amphitheater in the hills above Bandol — one of the appellation's benchmark artisan estates for old-vine Mourvèdre.
