Winery Story: Domaine Collotte is a family-run Burgundy estate in Marsannay-la-Côte, built on resilience and tradition. The story began in the early 1900s when Louis and Lucie Collotte revived their vineyards after phylloxera, and later Jean-Jacques Collotte strengthened the family’s presence in Marsannay.

In 1981, his son Philippe took over at just 16 years old, starting with 3 hectares of vines. With his wife Murielle, he expanded the domaine and championed Marsannay’s terroirs, while also acquiring vineyards in Fixin, Gevrey-Chambertin, and Chambolle-Musigny.

Philippe’s daughter, Isabelle, joined in 2014, bringing new energy and technical expertise. Today, the estate spans about 16–17 hectares, practices sustainable viticulture (HVE3 certified), and produces elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that highlight the finesse and character of Burgundy.

From its survival through phylloxera to its modern reputation, Domaine Collotte reflects family dedication and innovation, standing as a benchmark in Marsannay and beyond.
