Created in 1957, Délichoc has become a beloved classic. We describe it as the opposite of a sandwich cookie: a crispy shortbread in a delicious dark-chocolate case.
The first Delacre cookies were made more than 130 years ago in Brussels, after business-savvy pharmacist Charles Delacre realized that chocolate would be much more than a mere fortifier.
