Tasting Notes: Intense straw-yellow color with fresh aromas of white orchard fruit and citrus zest; a bright, mineral-driven palate with a crisp, saline finish typical of Chautagne's limestone soils.
Notes: Hand-farmed, low-intervention Jacquère fermented with native yeasts and minimal sulfur.
Food Pairing: Fresh Alpine cheeses, trout, grilled fish, and light charcuterie.
Winery Story: Corentin Houillon is a young Savoie grower based in Serrières-en-Chautagne, nephew of famed Jura natural winemaker Emmanuel Houillon (Pierre Overnoy). He farms small parcels naturally, bringing a hands-off, terroir-first approach to Savoie's Chautagne appellation.
