Tasting Notes: Very fine and vivacious, with citrus notes and a saline finish reminiscent of the limestone terroir of Chouilly.

Notes: A Grand Cru blanc de blancs from the Partelaines parcel in Chouilly, made as a brut nature with no dosage.

Food Pairing: Oysters, shellfish, sushi, fresh goat cheese and aged Comté.

Winery Story: Roland Champion is a family estate in Chouilly, in the Grand Cru heart of the Côte des Blancs, now in its fourth generation under sisters Carole and Clémence.
