Tasting Notes: Pale golden yellow with a delicate, persistent stream of fine bubbles, this elegant Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne opens with enticing aromas of fresh lemon zest, crisp green apple, white flowers, and ripe pear, complemented by subtle notes of toasted brioche, pastry, and wet chalk. On the palate, it is beautifully precise and expressive, revealing layers of vibrant citrus, white orchard fruits, and delicate mineral complexity. A refined, creamy mousse balances its lively acidity, while distinctive chalky minerality and saline undertones provide remarkable freshness and tension. The finish is exceptionally long, crisp, and elegant, with lingering notes of citrus, toasted bread, and a subtle savory character.

Notes: Crafted exclusively from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay grown in the prestigious Côte des Blancs villages of Cramant, Avize, and Chouilly. The vineyards, averaging approximately 45 years of age, are rooted in the region's famous chalky soils, imparting exceptional minerality, finesse, and elegance. Each vineyard parcel is vinified separately to preserve its distinctive terroir, primarily in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The cuvée combines wines from a single harvest with a portion of perpetual reserve wines, adding depth and complexity. Extended aging on the lees in the estate's historic chalk cellars develops its refined texture and delicate pastry notes. Finished with a low dosage in the Extra Brut style, Table Ronde beautifully expresses the purity, precision, and distinctive mineral character of Grand Cru Chardonnay.

Food Pairing: An exceptional Champagne for seafood, particularly freshly shucked oysters, scallops, shrimp, lobster, and smoked salmon. Its vibrant acidity and pronounced minerality complement grilled sea bass, roasted turbot, sushi, sashimi, and delicate seafood preparations. It also pairs beautifully with creamy Brie, triple-cream cheeses, aged Comté, and fresh goat cheese. An elegant choice for aperitifs, celebrations, and sophisticated dining, yet substantial enough to accompany an entire seafood-focused meal.

Winery Story: Champagne Lancelot-Pienne is a distinguished family-owned grower Champagne estate located in the Grand Cru village of Cramant, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. With a winemaking heritage spanning five generations and more than a century, the estate traces its roots to Jean-Baptiste Lancelot, who began cultivating vineyards in the early 1900s. In 1967, the Lancelot and Pienne families united their vineyards, establishing the foundation of the independent Champagne house known today. Since 2005, accomplished winemaker and oenologist Gilles Lancelot has led the estate, continuing the family's dedication to precision, authenticity, and respect for terroir. Farming approximately 8.5 hectares across numerous carefully tended parcels, the domaine focuses on expressing the unique personality of its vineyards through meticulous viticulture and thoughtful winemaking. Table Ronde, the estate's signature Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, embodies the house philosophy: exceptional Chardonnay, remarkable chalk-driven minerality, and the unmistakable elegance of the Côte des Blancs.
