Notes: This is a single-vineyard Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature from Jacques Lassaigne, made from Chardonnay grown in Clos Sainte-Sophie in Montgueux. It is a very limited cuvée, typically aged extensively on lees and released with no dosage, with some sources noting around 72 months on lees and disgorgement in January 2022.
