Alcohol: 12.5%

Grape(s): Chenin Blanc

Location: Pamar Vineyard, Van Duzer Corridor, Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA

Tasting Notes: Aromatic and vibrant Chenin Blanc for the cool Pacific side of Oregon: quince, white peach and green apple over lifted floral and beeswax tones, running into a dry, electric, mineral finish.

Notes: Grown at the Bjornson family's Pamar Vineyard in the Van Duzer Corridor, where the coastal gap funnels cool marine air across the vines. One of very few Chenin Blancs planted in Oregon; fermented dry in stainless steel to preserve tension and aromatics.

Food Pairing: Goat cheese, seafood ceviche, Thai salads, roast pork loin.

Winery Story: Pamar Vineyard is the Bjornson family's second estate property, an 86-acre site in the Van Duzer Corridor planted to a kaleidoscope of varieties - Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Gamay, Trousseau, Mondeuse and Pinot Meunier - that gives this small Willamette Valley producer one of the most unusual portfolios in Oregon.
