In 2015, Pooja launched Malai, and she continues to craft all of Malai's recipes. Malai brings a taste of India in every spoonful through its spice-forward flavors and creamy textures. Pooja's interest in spices can be traced back to her childhood. Using the South Asian spices of her childhood - ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, and saffron - she created robustly flavored ice creams that are unique and delicious.
