Tasting Notes: Deep ruby-purple in color, with brooding density at the center. Abundantly aromatic with red flowers framing ripe red and black cherries, blackcurrant, black raspberries, pure raw cocoa, fresh vanilla beans, and exotic spices. Already graceful, smooth, and well integrated on the palate. Tannins are young but fine and elegant, with plenty of grip to support the fresh acidity and fruit character typical of great Saint-Émilions. An absurdly long finish that evolves from fruit to rich florals to fine spices and back again. A true pleasure. Drink 2025–2045.

The Domain: Acquired by Clément Fayat in 1969, the estate has undergone continuous improvements ever since.

Located in the northwest of Saint-Émilion, on the edge of the Pomerol appellation, at the edge of the Pomerol appellation, Château La Dominique's 29-hectare vineyard, owned by the Fayat family since 1969, benefits from a great terroir, whose plots adjoin the most famous vineyards of the region - Cheval Blanc, Figeac, La Conseillante, L'Evangile.
