Preparation
The fact that we have been master vinegar-makers in Orléans since 1797 doesn’t stop us from exploring new territories. Based on our know-how, we wanted to develop a French ketchup with a smoky taste which gives pride of place to tomatoes and our barrel-aged white wine vinegar.
Ingredients
Pulp and concentrate from French tomatoes 49%, Martin-Pouret white wine vinegar 24%, sugar, salt, plant fibre, seaweed, spices, smoky flavouring. Contains celery and sulphites.
