Tasting Notes: Explosive aromatics of ripe peach, apricot, lime zest, and crushed slate with the vineyard's signature spicy-herbal character. Light, vibrant, and delicately sweet on the palate with electric acidity framing citrus, red apple, pineapple, and mineral spice. Long, refreshing, and mouthwatering finish.
