Tasting Notes: A rich, layered California Chardonnay blend — roasted orchard fruit, lemon curd, brioche and crème fraîche over a core of stony acidity, with Bien Nacido's old-block fruit lending a floral lift. Long, oak-kissed finish. 

Notes: Barrel fermented and oak aged; assembled by winemaker Evan Damiano from several of California's benchmark coastal Chardonnay sites, including the L-block of Bien Nacido Vineyard.

Food Pairing: Roast chicken, lobster, cream-sauced pastas and aged Comté.
