A throwback to the classic triple-decker potluck dish: a layered pie (or salad, depending on where you’re from) with a crushed pretzel crust, sweetened whipped cream cheese, and strawberry gelatin. Our ice cream version embraces all these gloriously sweet-tart, fruit-salty elements. Rich, almost tangy cream cheese ice cream swirled with a pretzel streusel (contains wheat/gluten) for saltiness and crunch in every bite. Spun with ribbons of bright red strawberry sauce for a cheerful, sweet-tart finish.
