Tasting Notes: The Valmiñor Albariño opens with bright aromatics of citrus zest, ripe peach, green apple, and delicate white flowers. The palate is crisp and refreshing, showcasing lively acidity, a smooth texture, and a clean mineral finish influenced by the Atlantic coastline. Subtle saline notes add depth and authenticity, making this vintage especially vibrant and expressive.
Notes: This wine highlights the purity of Albariño grown in the cool, maritime climate of O Rosal. Its balance of fruit, minerality, and acidity makes it a standout choice for consumers seeking fresh, aromatic white wines with a modern, elegant profile.
Food pairing: Perfect with seafood dishes such as oysters, ceviche, grilled fish, shrimp, sushi, and scallops. It also pairs beautifully with light tapas, fresh cheeses, salads, and Mediterranean cuisine.
