They picked their first three tons in 2002, which became 72 cases of Pinot Noir. Roots now produces roughly 5,000 cases a year, including an estate Pinot Noir, eight single-vineyard Pinot Noirs, and small lots of Grenache, Pinot Gris, Melon de Bourgogne, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and a Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling.
