Erbaluce takes its name from the goddess Albaluce, whose realm was Caluso.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOften called Greco, this varietal was thought to be a relative of Fiano, a white varietal from central and southern Italy. Here they opened a restaurant: the Locanda Aurora and while his wife followed the activity in the kitchen, Giovanni worked in the vineyard and in the cellar for the wine production.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eToday, our family is dedicated solely to the production of wines and sparkling wines, obtained almost exclusively from our vineyards, located in the most classic production areas.
