With only 6 hectares of plantings, Eric only produces a small amount of wines each vintage for family, friends, and close customers. He then sells the rest of his fruit off to other eager producers in the region. His Sauvignon Blanc is all grown on the classic Terres Blanches (Kimmeridgian marl) and a little Caillotes (limestone) soils.
